The last 11 movements of Henze’s song cycle Voices deal with various social themes, from prostitution to revolution. The entirety performed by London Sinfonietta and top soloists will be completed with new world premieres, which will be heard between the movements of the Voices. The first half of the entirety will be heard in 21st Century Voices I concert on Tuesday 4th of July.
The concert is a part of the Sounds Now project supported by the Creative Europe programme.
